Why is there a waitlist?
Demand is high. The waitlist keeps it orderly, and we let you know as soon as you can subscribe. Signing up is free and commits you to nothing.
Where does my family collect the bag?
At our warehouse in Havana. After ordering you get a pick-up code; whoever shows that code can collect the bag.
What does a bag cost?
The price is shown with every bag and in the comparison table. You pay in euros in Avanza Nova's shop.
Can the contents vary?
The bags have fixed contents. Brand or packaging may differ per delivery; the pictures are for illustration.
What happens to my data?
We keep your name and e-mail for the waitlist only. You can unsubscribe at any time via comercial@avanzanova.com.
